Thanks for joining me as I begin my first blog page! (Many will know me as Mordekhi, from my years served at Or HaOlam Messianic Jewish congregation of Overland Park.)

[Rabbi Solomon ben Isaac (Shlomo Yitzhaki), known as Rashi (based on an acronym of his Hebrew initials), is one of the most influential Jewish commentators in history. He was born in Troyes, Champagne, in northern France, in 1040.]

Every word of God is tested; He is a shield to those who take refuge in Him. (Proverbs 30:5)
